Shopomatic was a my late husband’s app idea that never saw the light of day. The idea was to create an app that for shopping centres where customers who downloaded and activated the app would get early alerts for sales. As well, they could connect with specific shops that could message them while they were in the mall. So if they were getting alterations done the app would message when they were completed, or if there was something specific they were looking for they could message the shop.
While he was working on the app, I was coming up with brilliant ways to sell it. I chose to create a brand identity that harkened back to the days when robots were not so scary and life was was simpler. The name and identity are very lighthearted.
